Spent Christmas at this resort and loved the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The spa area was great, especially the outdoor jacuzzis which offered a stunning view. The breakfast selection was amazing with a fresh omelette station and a crepe station. The staff were very professional and the restaurant had delicious food.
some of the staff were friendly to only a few guests, which was quite frustrating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa area which was well-designed and relaxing. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a variety of choices every day. The staff was friendly and accommodating making us feel at home. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
For us, it was ideal and we didn't face any issues during our stay.

The natural landscapes surrounding the hotel were breathtaking and rejuvenating. the breakfast was impressive, with a fresh omelette and crepe station, as well as a wide variety of high-quality foods. the spa area also provided a feeling of luxury and relaxation, with comfortable seating, outdoor jacuzzis, and panoramic views.
The menu options for dinner were experimental and unusual, making it difficult to find appealing options.

Best Christmas ever! Stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. Delicious breakfast and lunch with fresh omelette and homemade strudel every day. the Spa area was amazing and included in the price. We spent hours relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzis with beautiful views.
Room was quite small with no balcony or sitting area and we didn't feel the staff was friendly with everyone. we loved the location in the middle of the Dolomites and enjoyed the fresh air and breathtaking scenery.
